Habitat in Loudoun County

  • Loudoun Habitat is a nonprofit Christian housing ministry with a mission to make safe, decent and affordable housing available to people in need in Loudoun County.
  • Loudoun Habitat has been providing affordable homeownership to families in need since 1993.
  • To date, Loudoun Habitat has provided 38 homes to partner families – 16 new homes and 22 rehab homes – reaching 140 individuals.
  • Habitat homes are in neighborhoods throughout Loudoun County including Sterling, Ashburn, Leesburg, Lovettsville, Purcellville, Middleburg and Round Hill.
  • The Habitat model does not give away houses. It offers a HAND-UP not a HAND OUT to our families through homes that are financed with no profit affordable loans.

  • Great finds and absolute deals are to be had for the smart shopper at Habitat’s ReStore located in Leesburg, VA.
  • The ReStore is always in need of high quality donations.
  • Free pick-up of large items is available.
