The Family Support Committee members work one on one with the Partner Families to ensure all requirements for homeownership are met prior to closing on the house including sweat equity hours, training classes, etc.  We also work with the new partner families for one year after closing as the point of contact for questions regarding the home, services, etc.  We try to have at least one committee member mentor each family that partners with us.  The process of becoming a new home owner can be overwhelming and we want to give our partner families every opportunity to become successful home owners, neighbors and friends.
