Sponsor a Home
 Each Habitat house costs approximately $100,000 to build. House Sponsors provide this funding and are invited to work side by side with our partner families, volunteers, and staff to build houses from the ground up. Habitat houses are sold to partner families at cost through a zero-interest mortgage. Instead of a downpayment, partner families contribute "sweat equity" to the construction of Habitat houses. No profit is ever made on the sale of a Habitat house. LHFH welcomes all people, corporations, foundations, and organizations to raise their hammers, their funding, and their voices, to share in a movement to eliminate substandard housing.

Sponsor Levels
PLATINUM HAMMER FULL-HOUSE SPONSORSHIP - $100,000
 This significant donation entitles the donor to an exclusive sponsorship of a Habitat home. Sponsorship benefits include:
- Name and company logo in quarterly newsletters
- Full page ad in all event programs
- Table at Annual Fall Barn Dance or eight (8) tickets to another event
- Name, logo and description of business on Loudoun Habitat for Humanity’s website with a link to sponsor’s website
- Invitation to participate at groundbreaking and house dedication ceremonies
- Inclusion on build site signage indicating Company Full Sponsorship for the duration of construction
- Invitation to participate in Sponsor “Team Building” volunteer work days on the home
- Invitation to provide corporate banner on designated site work days
- Commemorative plaque and certificate of recognition
- Invitation to annual sponsor appreciation reception
GOLD HAMMER HALF-HOUSE SPONSORSHIP - $50,000
With this donation the donor joins with a second group to sponsor a single Habitat home. Sponsorship benefits include:

- One-half (1/2) page ad in all event programs
- Four (4) tickets to Annual Fall Barn Dance
- Name, logo and description of business on Loudoun Habitat for Humanity’s website with a link to sponsor’s website
- Invitation to participate at groundbreaking and house dedication ceremonies
- Inclusion on build site signage indicating Company Co-Sponsorship for the duration of construction
- Invitation to participate in Sponsor “Team Building” volunteer work days on the home
- Invitation to provide corporate banner on designated site work days

SILVER HAMMER SPONSORSHIP - $25,000
Sponsorship benefits include:
