How to Budget for Utility Bills

This month, the Tools for Life Learning Center is featuring a workshop with the Energy Masters Program through Virginia Cooperative Extension. Since 2011, the award-winning Energy Masters program has been promoting a more energy efficient and sustainable community by training volunteers in energy efficiency and water conservation techniques. Learn how to read your utility bills, gain some energy and water saving tips, and learn about some financial assistance programs.
