Sliding Scale Payment: Based on household AMI %

 

Homeowner’s responsibility will be calculated based on the following payment guidelines.

  • Up to 40% AMI pays 5% of the total project costs.

  • 41 - 50% AMI pays 10% of the total project costs.

  • 51 - 60% AMI pays 15% of the total project costs.

*Maximum income amount is dependent upon federal funding sources for individual homes and may be lower than 60% Area Median Family Income (AMI) as set by HUD for the Washington DC Metropolitan Area FY2024.
