Angie Persello, Critical Home Repair Manager

Angie Persello is the Critical Home Repair Manager for Loudoun Habitat for Humanity. Previously, she worked as a Construction Estimator, where she led cost analyses and proposals for multimillion-dollar plumbing and mechanical infrastructure projects. She also launched a company-wide community outreach program that included managing employee volunteer activities as a way to give back to the community. Angie also brings experience from her years working in higher education, where she advised military communities across Asia and Europe, and from her time teaching English in South Korea. These experiences deepened her passion for helping others and strengthened her ability to build relationships across cultures.

Angie became passionate about homeownership from fond memories of building her family’s home while growing up in rural Ohio and she believes strongly in everyone’s right to decent housing. She holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University, an MBA from Youngstown State University, and is pursuing a Master of Natural Resources focused on Global Sustainability at Virginia Tech. She is also a LEED Green Associate. Outside of work, Angie enjoys reading historical fiction, playing softball, traveling, and trying new food!
