Construction Lead
Loudoun Habitat for Humanity is seeking an experienced Construction Lead to join our team. This full-time, hands-on position is responsible for performing residential construction and home repair work while leading by example on active job sites. The Construction Lead works directly with tools in hand—building, problem-solving, and guiding volunteers to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient construction from start to finish.
This is not a supervisory-only role. The ideal candidate is a skilled builder who values craftsmanship, collaboration, and mission-driven work, and who wants to make a lasting impact for families in Loudoun County.
