Sliding Scale Payment: Based on household AMI %

 

Homeowner’s responsibility will be calculated based on the following payment guidelines.

  • Up to 30% AMI no payment is required.

  • 31 - 40% AMI pays 5% of the total project costs.

  • 41 - 60% AMI pays 10% of the total project costs.

  • 61 - 80% AMI pays 15% of the total project costs.
