Jessica Ellis, Operations Manager
Jessica Ellis, Operations Manager at Loudoun Habitat for Humanity, first started with LHFH in 2013. But her experience with affordable housing actually began in High School when she worked part time at Neighborhood Housing Services in Norwalk, CT. She earned her BS in Finance from George Mason University and was a stockbroker immediately following graduation. After balancing part time work with raising two daughters, she shifted to a career in the residential building arena, working for a high-end custom builder in the McLean, Virginia market. After hearing an inspirational speech given at her younger daughter’s college graduation in 2013, Jessica was inspired to use her talents in the non-profit sector. Loudoun Habitat for Humanity was the perfect fit. Jessica moved to Florida in 2016 but returned to LHFH in 2020.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and growing family (one grandchild so far!), reading, traveling and enjoying the company of friends.
