Mike Grafton, Family Services & Engagement Manager
Mike Grafton brings a wealth of professional experience and a deep commitment to community service to Loudoun Habitat for Humanity. He holds an M.A. in Teaching from George Mason University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. With a passion for personal finance and extensive knowledge of the complexities of homeownership, Mike looks to help as many individuals and families as possible through his role as Family Services & Engagement Manager.
Before joining Loudoun Habitat for Humanity, Mike spent eleven years as a Loan Officer for Atlantic Coast Mortgage, helping clients from diverse backgrounds achieve their goal of homeownership. Mike also spent seven years teaching high school mathematics and coaching the wrestling team at Potomac Falls High School. His decision to transition into the nonprofit sector reflects his passion for building stronger communities and using his skills to make a direct and meaningful impact in the lives of others.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys, or any member of his extended family which includes five brothers and sisters and countless nieces and nephews. There’s not a trail he won’t hike or road trip he won’t take with any of them!
